Specifications that prevent unused files from being specified as resources

I use LCM LoRA, but one of the multiple uploads that I am not using has been specified as a resource.

LCM LoRA is distributed by HugginFace under the CreativeML Open RAIL-M++ license only, but this idiot added his own license when uploading it to CIVITAI (such as prohibiting generation on CIVITAI), so when it is referenced as a resource like this, it is misunderstood as if I am violating the license. There needs to be a function to delete resources that are automatically added, or a function to select files with the same hashtag if there are any.

I would like at the very least, this file to be referenced for LCM alone.
