Support JPEG-XL file format

Especially for training I’d love to use images saved in the JPEG-XL (*.jxl) file format for these reasons:

• lossless compression (like PNG)

• high compression (better than JPEG and PNG)

• supports transparency (important when masked training gets available)

The kohya trainer does support JPEG-XL so it should be trivial to add it here.
