Tips upon posting

This is about tips. People turn it off because they don't want to waste buzz trying to get an image "just right". Often times though success is achieved unexpectedly and the chance to tip is missed, unless you want to spend even more to do it again. My idea is to prompt for or implement the tip during posting. That way we can all more regularly get tips from people that like our resources.
