This may be obvious as there is already a TOS that people SHOULD read before using CIVITAI, I've seen a lot of new users creating child porn (in purpose or by mistake because AI is weird sometimes but they post it anyways).
My suggestion is that all new users before their first very first creation, get presented with a dialog box with very simple and direct words, with warning symbols striking and sparkling, saying something like this:
You will be banned if you create:
Child porn, lolis, shota, scat, demeaning and violent stuff, etc. use common sense.
<Followed by the TOS link in case they want to analyze, and then with the typical I have read the TOS check box>.
I know there's something similar that they can't create new content unless they have read the TOS update but I'm trying here to be more psychological, like when you hire a lawyer and this guy explains everything in layman's terms, all of this because people yet still create child porn.
It will be less job for the guardians, therefore less chances for this page to be seriously censored by a superior force. It's a habit for people to not read TOS, as there are thousands of apps, pages and such. So far only I've seen Google being minimalist with their new TOS updates.
