Turn pictures in articles into headers

It would be cool if you could make banner images for articles and use those as a header that also shows up in your table of contents. This would give writers more freedom as to what to do with articles. As an example, if you look at the image I have a header and added a banner image below it to make my article look more colorful and would like to just not have a header there at all since the banner image would be enough.
