v-prediction SDXL model support

Hello! I've trained Terminus XL from scratch using the SDXL architecture and random weights. This model utilises v-prediction and zero-terminal SNR. there is currently, as i understand it, no way to hint this via the supported YAML configuration. we need a way to define a model as zsnr capable, and CFG rescale values.
